Telstra’s Return on Connection Report shows that 33% of Australian business leaders do not have an external network of contacts to lean on for ‘advice, support, ideas and encouragement’. Telstra wants to be seen as more than ‘just another tel-co’, and it was our job to shift perception of their enterprise offering while increasing engagement with this business unit through report downloads and event registration.
Positioning Telstra Enterprise as the conduit between c-suite execs, we reminded business leaders that a stronger commercial future is a shared one by rebuilding their trust in real connection.
