Building the agency’s public profile, I’ve continued to co-host the Pending Approval Podcast, featuring notable guests such as Roy Morgan CEO, Michele Levine for example.

Directing core accounts autonomously my role involved the strategy, planning, implementation and reporting for two key players in the Australian aged care sector. Moving into an indie agency allowed for a stronger sense of independence in strategic ideation, also providing valuable experience in new business development.

 

Following promotion into a new team, this multi-faceted role provided extensive experience across media strategy, planning and implementation. Working across a broad variety of both government and mainstream clients, I tailored campaigns to meet the needs of multiple brands.

 

Entering the industry as a Media Coordinator shaped my understanding of advertising and exposed my passion for effective communication planning. Assisting Executives and Managers across multiple aspects of the campaign process, I quickly built a solid foundation of industry knowledge.

TMP & Resolve received their first national and international award short listings for entries I crafted. For work across headspace and STEPtember, submissions were shortlisted in Mumbrella, The Cause Awards, MFA and The Indies.

I was awarded with a high distinction upon completion of Ad School’s Advanced Strategic Planning course. Celebrated work included a response to a fictional brief for ‘Tourism Mars’ and solving a complex business problem for NRMA.

 

I was thrilled to secure a place in the highly coveted Award School program. I honed my copywriting skills and learnt to maintain my creative flare when under pressure. Armed with only a black pen and A4 paper, I responded to briefs across TV, Digital, Mobile and Integrated campaigns to name a few.
